SERVPRO of Braun Station uses the most up to date technology to track your water damage

Multiple pipes burst in this Virginia home during a mid-atlantic freeze. SERVPRO® of Braun Station was part of the storm team that helped the homeowners of Virginia.

This picture was taken during the initial scope. The loss came from multiple pipes bursting in the upstairs restroom and had been running for several days. When the initial scope of work was done the water had been absorbed by the building material throughout the home.

During scoping it involves locating the areas of the structure into which water has intruded and defining the extent to which the structure and contents have absorbed moisture. Moisture detection devices are also used to verify an environment has been dried thoroughly. This process is very important during our mitigation services.
