Water damage in a home in San Antonio, TX

This flooded master bedroom in San Antonio, TX was the result of a toilet tank overflow. In the first photograph, notice the extent of the water damage. The tile flooring had begun to separate from the concrete beneath it. Water mitigation services were performed which included dehumidification and air movement, per IICRC standards. The after picture was taken a mere four days after the incident. The homeowner had expected a much longer and tedious process.
