Flooded Roof in San Antonio, TX

This flooded ceiling in San Antonio, TX was the result of the recent rains in the South Texas region. In the before photograph, take notice of the extent of the water damage; the water had caused the ceiling drywall to collapse and there was water running down the walls throughout the living room. The after picture shows the removal of the ceiling and the drywall to facilitate the drying process so that the structure would not have microbial growth. The after picture was taken only four days after the remediation began. Our customer was very pleased with our services and thrilled with the ease of the drying process.
