Flooded bathroom in San Antonio, TX

This flooded bathroom in a commercial building in San Antonio, TX was the result of a clogged toilet. The before photograph shows the water damage; the floor was saturated with water. SERVPRO of Braun Station was able to extract the water, apply antimicrobial, and utilize appropriate drying equipment per IICRC guidelines to dry-out this commercial bathroom. The commercial property owner requested that the mitigation be completed to allow for the store to remain open. SERVPRO of Braun Station took this request and was able to fulfill it. The customer was thrilled with the results and our willingness to work while their store remained open.
