Fire Loss Cleanup and Build Back in San Antonio 78238
Our SERVPRO of Braun Station franchise contracted with the homeowners of this fire-damaged property in San Antonio, zip code 78238, to once again make this their livable home. The mission was to do the entire project from cleanup through final build back as seamlessly and as stress-free for our customers as possible. We secured the property with temporary fencing and the burned garage entrance with sheathing panels. The demolition of the fire-damaged metal roof, garage door, and interior building materials was done as our team contained unaffected areas of the house with poly sheeting to limit secondary damages from smoke, soot, and water. We communicated with our San Antonio neighbors throughout the reconstruction of their home. The new asphalt, dimensional shingle roof was installed, and our crew hung new drywall in the previously charred garage. When completed, the house will be even better than "Like it never even happened."
